Tokushima Plant

A production base, focused on delivering a diverse and varied range of high value-added products

Our Tokushima Plant opened in 1963 at a location ideal for procuring a rich supply of hydrogen raw materials. Taking advantage of this, we laid the foundation for our core high pressure hydrogen reduction technologies and established a lineup of key products, such as unsaturated fatty alcohols and hydrogenated bisphenol A. Today, we continue to manufacture a plethora of hydrogen-related products, including contracted items and newly-developed materials. These are produced on new multi-purpose hydrogenation equipment, which we installed to meet the industry's diverse hydrogenation requirements. As a production base, we have also been focusing on delivering a diverse and varied range of high value-added products through the manufacture of advanced heat resistant resins and resin clarifying and nucleating agents. With a new mission to transform our plant and improve our production capabilities through factory automation, we promise to continue evolving daily, while remaining uncompromising in our product creation.
